These tasks are sent to the POS at certain intervals. You can change this per task, for a selection, or all tasks at once<\/p>\n<p><strong>Same schedule for multiple tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the tasks you want to schedule by enabling the checkbox of the task\n<ul>\n<li>Enable the checkbox in the column header to (de)select all tasks at once<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Press<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"txt_images calendar appears, displaying the current month and year\n<ul>\n<li>To change the month and\/or year, click the current month at the top of the calendar<\/li>\n<li>All future months are shown, click one to select it<\/li>\n<li>Click on the other year to select that<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In the fields next to \u25f7 you can set the time (hours and minutes) by using the arrows \u2227 \u2228 or by entering the correct hour and minute with the keyboard<\/li>\n<li>In the column &#8216;Scheduled for&#8217; you now see the date and time you scheduled for all selected &#8216;Immediately&#8217; in the column &#8216;Scheduled for&#8217; on the line of the task you want to schedule\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the date, month, year, and time with the keyboard<\/li>\n<li>Or to confirm them<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure at least one task is selected and press:\n<div style=\"margin-left: 25px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"txt_images alignnone wp-image-1135 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/01\/confirm-all-changes-and-return.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"36\" \/>when all taks are selected, the list will be empty after this<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"txt_images alignnone wp-image-1136 size-full\" will not be empty after this<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>The tasks that were confirmed can be viewed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/backoffice\/tasks-dashboard\/\">tasks overview<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Discard the changes<\/strong><br \/>\nYou can also undo all changes and cancel the tasks<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Select at least one task that you want to cancel and press:\n<div style=\"margin-left: 25px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"txt_images alignnone size-full wp-image-1137\" src=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/01\/Discard-all-changes-and-return.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"251\" height=\"36\" \/>when all tasks are selected and you want all of them cancelled<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"txt_images alignnone size-full wp-image-1138\" only want to cancel some tasks<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>The changes that were done will not be executed and the list is cleared, this cannot be undone.
