><p>In the Web Management Back Office section you can view and edit (most of) the Back Office items on the linked POS systems. WM Back Office is divided in a number of subcategories which in their turn are also divided in subsections. When you select Back Office from the main WM menu, the subcategory page <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/backoffice\/product\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Products<\/a> is displayed. You can select other subcategories from the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/5\/2022\/06\/Backoffice-submenu.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Back Office menu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Changes made in WM Back Office section are not executed on the POS in real time. WM creates tasks for each alteration and saves them. <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.untill.com\/wm\/backoffice\/task-planner\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">These tasks are sent as soon as possible or can be scheduled for a specific time<\/a>. All POS systems to which the changes apply, receive the tasks and runs them locally. POS then sends its info back to WM, so the data is synchronised and corresponds with one another.
