Home

The home page is the first page that is displayed when you have successfully logged in. In the top line WM’s main menu is shown, you can choose to navigate to one of the main sections, search WM, see statuses, and personalise WM. The WM main menu is always accessible

The home page itself shows a quick overview of revenue for your location(s), a so-called dashboard. This can be personalised in the dashboard section. You can also have multiple dashboards shown in turn, you can create these in the dashboard playlist section

To navigate to one of the main sections, click the corresponding name. The section that is underlined is the one that is currently selected

Overall search

When you pressthe field where you can enter your search string becomes available, along with the ability to specify a certain section in which the search should be executed

Once you start typing in the search field, a drop down is shown displaying exact matches within the chosen section
- The more characters you enter, the exacter the match
When you select one of the found items from the drop down menu, you are redirected to the item
Close the overall search with X

Updates

Clickto show the updates info field❶when there are no notifications
Notifications about updates can be recognised bythe info field informs you of the details❷
Withyou are directed to the updates page

POS synchronisation status

Check the synchronisation status by clickingthe info field is shown❶
When there is an issue with synchronisation the icon changes tothe info field informs you of the issue❷
Pressto be redirected to the locations page

Notifications

When you pressan info field is opened❶
When there are unread/not deleted notifications, errors, warnings, and info, the icon shows an indicator

Logged in user

When you press the icon displaying the current user, a drop down is shown:
- With Personalisation you can set the WM environment to your personal preferences, which will be remembered and used every time you are logged in
- When you press Sign out you are logged out and redirected to the login page

Icons that are only shown when required

There are a few icons that are only displayed when a corresponding task is waiting for being executed

Whenis shown, it means that there are tasks saved that haven’t been scheduled yet
- When you press the icon the drop down menu is shown
- Press to be redirected to Scheduled change requests page, on which you can, schedule, discard, and confirm the pending changes

When is shown, it means that aggregates are being rebuilt. Click it to see the details❶
- You can useto refresh the data
Whenis shown, it means that the aggregates could not be rebuilt❷
- You can useto retry

Dashboard

On the home screen a dashboard with tiles containing KPI info, is shown. The dashboard may vary per logged in user and can be customised. You can also create a so-called playlist, WM shows you dashboard 1, after a set time dashboard 2, etc

When a playlist is active:
- You see a countdown bar directly below the main menu, this indicates how long the current dashboard will be displayed before it changes to the next in line. You can set the display time per dashboard in the playlist section
- Below the dashboard tiles, radio buttons indicate the total amount of dashboards and which one is currently visible
  (dashboard 1 of 3 is currently displayed)
- You can go the the next/previous dashboard by clicking the corresponding arrow that appears(< >) when you move the mouse cursor over the left or right side of the screen, next to the tiles
At the top of the dashboard, directly below the countdown bar, the dashboard’s name is shown (Home in the example picture❶)
In the top right of the dashboard❶several buttons with which you can (temporarily) change the details of the dashboard tiles:
- Press this button to temporarily change the details of the tiles that are displayed on the dashboards in the playlist, such as what info is displayed, which time range is used, etc
- Press this button to have the dashboard(s) display and refresh the temporary data you set
- Press this button to navigate directly to the dashboard playlist so you can permanently change the details of the tiles, such as what info is displayed, which time range is used, etc
Each tile displays its own diagram/info❷
The top left of the tile shows what kind of data is shown
- When you hover the mouse cursor over the ‘title’ the text changes to View details, when you click this you are directed to the corresponding report
The top right of the tile show which time range is used for the data, this can be permanently adjusted in the dashboard, or playlist section, or temporarily adjusted with the buttons on the dashboard❶

Tile example

Total Sales → this indicates that the info shown is for the total amount of sold items within the applied time range
- When you hover the mouse cursor over it, the text changes to ‘View details’. You can click this text and get directed to the corresponding report, Basic Sales report in this case
Current Week → this indicates that the data only applies to the current week, settings can be changed in the dashboard, or playlist section
€ 17019.78 → this is the total amount of sales for the current week (at the moment you are watching)
▼ – 46 % Last Year: € 31236.17 → this indicates that total sales is 46 % less than last year in the same period. The amount is the reference used
((17019.78 – 31236.17) / 31236.17) * 100 = -45.51 % which rounded is – 46%

Change the tile detail on the dashboard(s)

You temporarily want the dashboard to display different details than usual, you can change it. For example, the dashboard always shows total sales for all locations, but just this once you want to view the total sales for a single location without having to completely alter the dashboard or create a report.
But you can also quickly navigate to the current dashboard playlist so you can adjust it for future reference

Pressto open the advanced settings for the dashboard that is currently on display
- From – To → use the calendars to set a start date and an end date, the time range you set here will be temporarily used as source for the dashboard details
- All → enable the checkbox to select all locations, or enable the checkbox(es) for the corresponding locations for which you want the tiles to have details displayed
- Use the search field to quickly search the location(s) you want to enable or disable when there are a lot of locations
- Press ╂ Create new set to create a new set of selected locations which you can easily use in the future
- Locations → use the drop down menu to select an existing set of selected locations
- Pressto return to the dashboard without any changes
- Pressto temporarily apply the settings you entered to the dashboard
Pressto refresh the current dashboard according to the settings in the advanced settings
When you leave this page and return to it or when you refresh the page via your browser, the temporary details will be lost
Pressto be able to directly edit the dashboard playlist so it is also altered for future reference
