Scheduled change requests

Changes such as price alterations, article availability, new users, etc, that you did in WM, are executed on the corresponding POS systems by tasks. These tasks are sent to the POS at certain intervals. On this page you have to set when saved tasks should be sent and, when validated, executed on the POS system(s).
Note that only saved tasks will be in the list, when you pressed ‘Plan task’, the task is already scheduled to be performed as soon as possible
Schedule tasks
Default all tasks in the list are scheduled to be sent and executed immediately. You can change this per task, for a selection, or all tasks at once
Same schedule for multiple tasks
- Select the tasks you want to schedule by enabling the checkbox of the task
- Enable the checkbox in the column header to (de)select all tasks at once
- Press
- A calendar appears, displaying the current month and year
- To change the month and/or year, click the current month at the top of the calendar
- All future months are shown, click one to select it
- Click on the other year to select that
- In the fields next to ◷ you can set the time (hours and minutes) by using the arrows ∧ ∨ or by entering the correct hour and minute with the keyboard
- In the column ‘Scheduled for’ you now see the date and time you scheduled for all selected tasks
Set schedule for one task
- Click in the field that reads ‘Immediately’ in the column ‘Scheduled for’ on the line of the task you want to schedule
- Enter the date, month, year, and time with the keyboard
- Or click
to open the calendar
- To change the month and/or year, click the current month at the top of the calendar
- All future months are shown, click one to select it
- Click on the other year to select that
Confirm task schedule(s)
When you are done with setting schedules for the tasks, you need to confirm them
- Make sure at least one task is selected and press:
when all taks are selected, the list will be empty after this
when not all tasks are selected, the list will not be empty after this - The tasks that were confirmed can be viewed in the tasks overview
Discard the changes
You can also undo all changes and cancel the tasks
- Select at least one task that you want to cancel and press:
when all tasks are selected and you want all of them cancelled
when not all tasks are selected and you only want to cancel some tasks - The changes that were done will not be executed and the list is cleared, this cannot be undone. When you made a mistake you need to create the task again by setting the changes in the WM section
Rearrange the overview
There are a number of options you can use to arrange the list, so it may be easier to select tasks that need to be scheduled the same
- You can click the column header texts and drag them to the area that says ‘Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column’
- Click the boxed header name to change the sequence accordingly
- Click the X in the boxed header text to remove it from the area
- You can use the arrows
next to the header texts to rearrange the sequence of the tasks in the list - You can use
to enter certain conditions which determine the sequence in which the list is displayed
- With the arrows ∨ (next to header grouping) and > (next to the selection checkbox) you can view the details
