Reserve a Table
Reserve a table for customers at a certain time and date
- Open the Manager Screen by clicking on the word “Manager” in the Table Screen
- Press
- On-screen you are asked to: Accept or change the date please…
- Change date, if necessary, by using plus (+) and minus (-) buttons
- Press
- You return to the Table Screen; info text shows Select table to reserve
- Select the table you want to reserve
- Press
in the screen that opens - The overview shows a new line with the reservation info➀
- Type a name/note on the on-screen keyboard➁
- Change, if necessary, the number of covers, start time, and table number by using the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons➂
- Press
You automatically return to the Table Screen, the reserved table(s) show the reservation time and the number of covers. They also start blinking
Edit Reservations
Accept a Reservation
When the customers for the reserved table arrive, you accept the reservation
- Open the Manager Screen by clicking on the word “Manager” in the Table Screen
- Press
- On-screen you are asked to: Accept or change the date please…
- Change date, if necessary, by using plus (+) and minus (-) buttons
- Press
- The Reservation Screen opens
- Select the table you want to accept from the overview➀
- Press
and the state changes to Accepted in the overview - Press
You automatically return to the Table Screen, the accepted tables show as empty tables
Cancel a Reservation
When you need to cancel a reservation
- Open the Manager Screen by clicking on the word “Manager” in the Table Screen
- Press
- On-screen you are asked to: Accept or change the date please…
- Change date, if necessary, by using plus (+) and minus (-) buttons
- Press
- The Reservation Screen opens
- Select the table you want to cancel➀
- Press
and the state changes to Closed in the overview - Press
You automatically return to the Table Screen, the canceled tables show as empty tables
