Order Delivery

Per location this feature may be used differently and the way it works may vary from the description here. It is also possible that this is not available at all

After you have selectedand added one ore more articles to the order:

Pressand the customer screen opens
Press one of the buttons to select a customer to whom the order needs to be delivered
- Use the on screen keyboardto enter (part of) the customer’s name, or phone number to quickly find who you need when there are many customers in the database
- On the displayyou can see the customer that is currently selected
Press
The delivery time slot screen opens
Select an available time slot in which the order should be delivered
- On the displayyou can see for which customer you are going to set the delivery time slot
- On the other displayyou can see which time slot you selected, you can still change it if you want
When you have selected the correct time slot, pressto finalise the delivery order
- will return you to the previous page and allows you to add more articles to the order

Assign a deliverer

Once articles are added to the order and the time slot is assigned, the order needs to be assigned to a delivery person before the bill can be paid

Press
- When the text is blue the delivery mode is already active
Pressto open the delivery booking screen
Choose a time slot of which the orders will be shown
- When no time slot button is selected all unpaid delivery orders for the day are displayed
Select a delivery order
And press the button on which the name of the deliverer is displayedto assign the selected order to them
To return to the order screen when you are finished assigning orders to deliverers, press
Before the order screen is displayed a login is required

Correct mistakes in assigning orders

It may be necessary to correct an assigned delivery order, it was accidentally assigned to the wrong deliverer, the wrong order was selected, etc.

First a more detailed explanation of what is displayed on the buttons in the delivery booking screen:

This is the number of articles that are ordered within this time slot

This is the number of orders within this time slot

Start and end time of the time slot

This is an example of an order button when the order is not (yet) assigned to a deliverer

This is an example of an order button when an order is already assigned to a deliverer

Here the name of the deliverer, that will be assigned when pressed, is displayed on the button

This is the number of orders that are already assigned to the deliverer

Un-assign an order

The unassigned orders are displayed first in the sequence, the orders that have already been assigned are placed at the back
Select an assigned order and press
The order button is placed back to its original position in the button sequence and the text on the button is clearer
- This is an indication that the order is not assigned (anymore) to a deliverer

Assign an order to another deliverer

You can also re-assign an order to another deliverer
Select the order you want to re-assign
- You can recognise which order you selected by the highlighted rectangle that is shown on the order button
Press the button corresponding with the deliverer you wan to assign
The delivery order is now assigned to that deliverer
- The numbers in the bottom right corner of the deliverers’ buttons has changed. 1 is subtracted from whom the order came and 1 is added to the newly assigned deliverer

Other useful info on the delivery booking screen

– Shows a list of all articles in the selected order
– Shows a list of all articles in the selected time slot

Deliverer closes delivery order

When the order is delivered and paid for the bill needs to be closed in the POS

Deliverer logs in using their own login code
The deliver booking screen is shown
Only the time slots in which the deliverer has orders are displayed
Only the orders that are assigned to the logged in deliverer are shown
The deliverer presses the button corresponding with the order that was delivered and/or paid
The payment screen opens
Close the bill by indicating how the bill is paid
