Order screen

Take Away:
Confirm: when possible confirms last action or closes a message
Cancel: when possible cancels your last action
Pay: opens the payment screen
Change Size: allows you to change the size for a selected article
Void: removes a (confirmed) article from the order
Void Option: voids the last added option of the selected article
Message: allows you to add a message to the selected article
Search: allows you to enter an article’s name so you can quickly find it
Info: shows additional info that might be present for the article you select after pressing this button
Clock out: opens the clock out screen
Minus 1: subtracts one from the total of the selected article
Plus 1: adds one to the total of the selected article
Daily Stock: opens the daily stock screen
Dine in:
Pro Forma: prints a pro forma bill for the selected ‘Dine in’ table
Assign: opens the Take Away bookings overview screen
Delivery:
List: allows you to select a delivery person for a Take Away booking
Payment screen
A description of the buttons that work in this screen, buttons that are shown but are inactive are omitted
General payment screen
Confirm: when the total is not paid in full this button confirms the amount and payment kind you entered and prints a partial payment ticket, you stay in the payment screen
Cash: pays the bill with payment kind ‘Cash’
Split: allows you to split the amount to pay into separate parts
TIP: allows you to add an amount as tip to the total
Part Ok: when the total is not paid in full this button confirms the amount and payment kind you entered and prints a partial payment ticket, you return to the order screen
Account: when a linked client is allowed to pay on account this can be used as payment method
Credit Card: to indicate that the payment kind ‘Credit Card’ is used
Split payment screen
Description of buttons that additionally show when a bill is (going to be) split into separate parts
Split Item: allows to split the bill into its separate main articles
Bill in 6: splits bill into six equal parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Bill in 5: splits bill into five equal parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Bill in 4: splits bill into four equal parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Bill in 3: splits bill into three equal parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Bill in 2: splits bill into two equal parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Bill in ?: splits bill into a user specified number of parts (if bill cannot be split evenly, one part will be rounded)
Pay Part: confirms that the selected part is paid for by the payment kind selected
Pay All: confirms that all parts are paid by their corresponding payment kinds
Message screen

Confirm: confirms the chosen/entered text (if any) and returns you to the order screen
Little: adds the text ‘Little’ to the selected article
Lot: adds the text ‘Lot’ to the selected article
Without: adds the text ‘Without’ to the selected article
With: adds the text ‘With’ to the selected article
Clock out screen
A description of the buttons that can be used in the clock out screen. Buttons that are present but inactive, are omitted
Confirm: confirms that the selected waiter had lunch and clocks him out
Yes: confirms that the selected waiter had lunch and clocks him out
No: confirms that the selected waiter didn’t have lunch and clocks him out
Discount screen
A description of the buttons that can be used in the message screen. Buttons that are present but inactive, are omitted
Open $ amount: allows you to enter an absolute amount that’s deducted from the total
Void: removes the discount for the selected article
Back: allows you to go back one step
Discount per article %: allows you to enter a percentage that’s deducted from the price of the selected article
Customer Discount: allows you to enter a percentage that’s deducted from the whole bill
- Discount reason: regular customer
Staff Discount: allows you to enter a percentage that’s deducted from the whole bill
- Discount reason: staff discount
Internal: allows you discount the whole bill 100%
- Discount reason: internal use
Broken: allows you to give 100% discount on an article or the whole bill with various discount reason choices
On the house: allows you to give 100% discount on an article or the whole bill
