Use the POS to Send Messages
Send a message to one ore more users and/or printers
- Press
in the Table Screen - The Message Screen opens
To specify one or more users
Click the name(s) of the user(s)➀
Select “All users” to send a message to all employees registered in the POS
To specify a printer
Select a printer➁ - Select a pre-set option➃or use the keyboard➂to enter your own text
- Press
and the message is shown and/or printed to all selected users and/or printers
You automatically return to the Table Screen - In the POS the message shows to the selected users, when logged in, and the receiver can selectto continue their work
- Or
to reply out of the automatically opened Message Screen
